The Law coordinates the effective system of laws with the principles of the international treaties of Ukraine concerning the Children Rights protection. In particular the Law "On Protection of Childhood" is added with the number of preventive measures and guarantees of the resolution implementation on the realization of the children right for the contact.
The amendments are also introduced to the Family Code and specify the conditions of the participation of parents in upbringing of a child.
The corresponding Bill is registered under №2409.
